Shri Bhadresh Vitthaldas Panchal founded Anushthan in 2004 as a humble act of seva. His belief that food should be ceremonially woven into the soul of an event — not simply served — shaped the formats Anushthan became known for, from Gujarat’s first Ethnic Banana Leaf Service to the Manekchowk Street Food Counters.
